Our distinguished guest today is Julius Kiano, Chairman of the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation and a distinguished leader in Kenya's government for the last 30 years. He is on the Berkeley campus this week to receive the Haas International Award, which is given to a distinguished foreign alumnus for his contributions to his own country.
